- Fold down sheets of used beds – no need to strip sheets
- Place all used towels on shower floors (incl. kitchen towels)
- Empty kitchen and bathroom trash. Place all trash directly in bins at end of driveway.
- Load all used dishes in dishwasher and run dishwasher.
- Empty fridge and freezer.
- Set thermostat to 65 degrees in Winter / 74 degrees in Summer.
- Close and lock all windows.
- Close and lock all doors.
- Turn ceiling fans OFF.
- Turn both basement lights OFF.
